"Exceptional service, of course, is our goal at Sweet Basil. Meeting and exceeding guest expectations can be challenging with a reputation grown and nurtured since 1977, yet this is a challenge that we embrace. Our dining room management team represents a collective fifty years of tenure here at Sweet Basil alone, which we believe establishes a solid foundation to help guide and mentor our staff. We are fortunate to have a first rate clientele from all over the world, with many loyal repeat guests that make Sweet Basil a "must" every time they are in town. Our dining room was entirely remodeled in 2006 and continues to be arguably the busiest (and we hope, the best) restaurant in Vail year round. We also know that "we are only as good as our last meal served" and we continue to strive on a daily basis to improve in all areas of food, service, decor, and ambiance. We are committed to a positive work environment and "keeping it fun".
